Today’s #VeteranOfTheDay is Navy Veteran Leah Bond. Leah served from 2000-2004. Leah enlisted in the Navy in 2000 and was the first female in the Air Department Fuels division on the USS Peleliu. The USS Peleliu was one of the first responders to the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Rear Adm. Alene B. Duerk had a long military career and was a trailblazer for women in the Navy.  She is a Veteran of World War II, Korean War, and Vietnam War.  In 1972, she became the Navy’s first female admiral. Post 205 Constitution


We the People of Post 205, in order to form a more perfect Website, establish Rules, insure domestic Tranquillity, provide for the public Support, promote the general aGPL regulations, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the Post 205 Website.

Article I -- Privacy Policy

Section 1: Information gathered by Post 205

  1. Cookies: This site uses cookies to track your last visit, last login time, and login information.
  2. This website only collects information that you are able to fill out in your Edit Profile page if you are a member. There are no tracking or analytics enabled on this site. This website collects information from your profile and from analytics/tracking such as Google Webmaster Tools, and Google Analytics. None of the information collected by these means will be shared with anyone for any reason.
  3. All information you share with Post 205 through your profile will be strictly confidential unless the information is publicly viewable. All confidential information will not be shared with anyone, for any reason, even between administrators.

Section 2: User Profiles

  1. As stated above, all user profiles are visible to the public. Sensitive information like IP address, user agent, etc., are NOT visible to the public.
  2. You are responsible for putting information on your user profile that you are OK with being publicly seen. If there is contact information missing but you need to talk to an admin, use the PM system.
  3. The information on your public profile will not be used by the administration staff or any member of Post 205 for any purpose other than contacting you about PHP-Fusion topics. Your information will never be collected or sold to advertisers by our administration staff for any reason or amount.

Section 3: Private Messaging

  1. Private Messaging is PRIVATE. All communications with the administration staff through PM should be considered Confidential.
  2. The administration staff will not read anyone else's PM's in any way unless specifically sent to the administration staff's PM in-box.
  3. Private messaging should only be used for private communications with sensitive information. All support requests go in the forums.

Section 4: Outside Communications

  1. Any communications with the administration staff outside of the website's means are to be considered Confidential.
  2. Any communications outside of the website's means are to be done in a professional manner.
  3. If the communication outside of the website's means is publicly viewable, you are not allowed to publish content that would be detrimental to the public image of PHP-Fusion, Post 205, or any of its affiliates, sub-sites, administration staff, or otherwise.

Article II -- Terms of Service

Section 1: Code of Conduct

  1. You are not allowed to post, upload, or otherwise make available on the Post 205 website any content that:
    1. is lewd in nature, pornographic, slanderous, or destructive.
    2. can be harmful to other computer systems, communication systems, or any technology whatsoever.
    3. breaks copyright laws
    4. breaks GNU Affero GPL v3 regulations
    5. is copyrighted by another individual
    6. does not belong to you without prior consent of its creator
  2. You must behave in a professional manner on the Post 205 site.
    1. No swearing or foul language.
    2. No posting topics that can be considered slanderous or an act of libel.
    3. No derogatory language that can be taken as offensive including comments about race, gender, creed, color, mental ability, geographical location, or any other characteristic of a person.
    4. No flaming, spamming, double-posting, nagging, one-liners, one-word-posts, abuse, or any other online misconduct.
  3. Private messages are only as secure as the rest of the site. If our website's database is compromised for any reason, your PM's will be able to be read. Site Administrators also have the ability to read PM's directly from the database, but will only do so if required for security reasons.
    1. Private messages are to be treated with the same courtesy as the rest of the site as defined in Article II, Section 1, Line A, i - vi.
  4. The shoutbox is a public area for everyday conversation.
    The shoutbox is NOT to be used for:
    1. Support
    2. Pictures
    3. Arguments
    4. Or anything else that would break rules set above
  5. No content that can be considered to be a "download" is to contain anything that is violation of Article II, Section 1, Line A, i - vi.
    1. Post 205 is also not responsible for the content of such downloads. We receive files from our users and the administration checks them, but we can not guarantee the validity of any such files.

Section 2: Support Requests

  1. All support requests are to be done in our forums.
  2. Please post your support request in the appropriate forum.
  3. If you need personal support with sensitive information from one of our administrators, please send one of us a PM and we'll help you there.
  4. Any support request that is not in the appropriate forum will be deleted, moved, or ignored with no warning.

Section 3: Outside Communications

  1. All communications must comply with Article I, Section 4.
  2. As with all communications with the administration staff or any of our members, you must be polite. See Section 1 for the Code of Conduct.

Section 4: Forum Rules

  1. Post in the appropriate forum or thread. Anything posted out of place will be deleted or moved without warning.
  2. No flaming, spamming, double posting, derogatory language, obscenities, slander, libel, or offensive content. Any such posts will be met with punishment deemed necessary by the administration staff.
  3. If there isn't a section for what you want to post, you can request a new forum category by sending a PM to one of our administrators.

Section 5: Team Status

  1. The administration team is hand-selected by the current administrators and the selection process is done on a current needs basis.
  2. Do not ask us to be on the team.
  3. We do not have an application process.
  4. We will contact you if we're interested in you.

Article III -- Legal Statement

Section 1: PHP-Fusion Copyright

  1. PHP-Fusion is the intellectual property of Nick Jones, copyright © 2012 released as free software without warranties under GNU Affero GPL v3.
  2. Any PHP-Fusion website found without a proper copyright or appropriate license information will be reported.

Section 2: aGPL v3

  1. All software used on this website and available for download is released as free software without warranties or an implied warranty, without guarantee of merchantability or even fitness for any purpose.

Section 3: Post 205 content

  1. The content of the Post 205 site is copyright of the original creators and is therefore unavailable for distribution without written consent of the creator.
  2. Post 205 does not guarantee the accuracy or safety of any of the content or files available on this site. The administration staff does everything in its power to prevent bad or incorrect data, but we're humans too.

Section 4: User Submitted Content

  1. All user content is checked for security, quality, and fitness within the PHP-Fusion system or applicable systems.
  2. Even though the content is checked by an administrator, we will not guarantee the content's validity.
  3. All user submitted content is copyright of the original creator and is the original creator's responsibility to validate the content and keep it updated.


Section 1: Bill of Rights

  1. All users and administrators have the right to know the reason for bans. If you have a question about a ban, contact an administrator via PM or email.
  2. Users have the right to submit complaints about an administrative staff member, but it must be done in a professional manner and with proof of your claims.
  3. Users and administrators have the right to submit content to this site. Administrators must check all content for validity before making it public.
